We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your scheduled event, we respectfully ask you to consider the following policy.

Our Policy:

• Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the reserved workshop if you cancel more than 90 days in advance.
• If you cancel more than 60 days, the cancellation fee will apply and will be 50% of the reserved workshop.
• In the event of a cancellation of less than 60 days, no refund will be granted but we will offer you 50% OFF to future workshops.
• If the cancellation is due to a personal or medical condition we will always do our best to accommodate you and roll over as much as possible to allow you to receive value in other ways.  Unfortunately for Events, we often have to pay large deposits to secure the event which is why we cannot always offer a full refund.  Please contact us to discuss your situation.
